šŸ¤ Move your body - find your grounding in movement and learn to rely on it to help you become stronger both physically and mentally.

šŸ¤ Breathe - learn breathing techniques and use them! You'll thank yourself when the world will throw stress your way and you won't let it affect your mental health.

šŸ¤ Get to know yourself - be curious, vulnerable, open!

šŸ¤ Travel - see the world, explore, expand your horisons, make new friends, get to know new people, traditions and let yourself be inspired!

šŸ¤ Work smart - you have all the tools you need at your disposal. Follow your passion and channel it to creating the life you want. The life you won't want to escape from.

šŸ¤ Make mistakes, fail, get up, try again - put all the reps in! Failure is a natural process and let yourself learn through failure.


And above all: LIVE! Don't let expectaions of others affect the quality of your life!
