Embarking on an unconventional fitness journey, I found my passion in my thirties

My journey began in 2017 during a tough period in my life. Going through a difficult divorce, I was anxious, sleep-deprived, and overtraining. My diet was unhealthy, and I was unhappy with what I saw in the mirror. I couldn’t even do a push-up or lift my suitcase into the car.

Determined to change, I stepped into the "men's" section of the gym and did my first deadlift because I wanted to be STRONG. Fast forward to 2024, I’m now thriving. As a single mom living a digital nomad life, I can easily lift heavy suitcases, feel great, and love what I see in the mirror.

I strength train three times a week, add a mobility session weekly, and no longer spend hours on a treadmill or do endless HIIT sessions. I eat a balanced diet without fearing any foods, enjoying everything from home-cooked meals to take-out and airport food. Emotionally, I feel good and haven’t had a panic attack in years.

I built consistency in the gym and learned about movement. I educated myself on nutrients and how to nourish my body. I discovered how to care for my mental health and find a balance between life, work, and training. I tried different strategies, learned from my failures, and grew stronger.

These experiences, combined with my formal education, have made me a better trainer. I developed a unique program that focuses on understanding movement and nutrition while implementing habits for a long, strong life. My goal is to help women like you achieve your fitness and nutrition goals, one step at a time. Let’s embark on this journey together!

My Education & Work Experience

My formal education has been integral to my success. I hold over 500 hours of fitness trainer education, including certification from the Latvian Sports Federation Council. As a nutrition coach, I have completed 260 hours of training, earning an ITEC “Certificate in Diet and Nutrition for Complementary Therapists” (Level 3). Additionally, I have 100 hours of coaching and supervision certification from the School of Business Administration “Turība.”

Beyond my education, I have accumulated more than 5000 hours of fitness training 1-on-1 in the gym and online, more than 3000 hours of nutrition coaching sessions 1-on-1, and more than 800 hours of life coaching sessions 1-on-1. I have helped more than 300 women achieve their weight management goals through individualized plans.

With my extensive knowledge of human anatomy and physiology, in addition to nutrition and human behavior, I have helped these women get closer to their desired body weight and maintain their results simply by understanding nutrition and movement.

How did I do it? Step by step.

Outside of gym...

I'm a travel loving single mom of two awesome boys. I am happy in sunshine and I could live off strawberries. I come from a small nordic country with long winters and unforgettable summers, but I like to spend my autumns/winters abroad and worldschool my kids, while working and living as digital nomad.
